Who we are
AutoStaff Wiltshire Ltd (company number 17395708), 141 Victoria Road, Swindon, SN1 3BU. Email AutoStaffuk@gmail.com.
What we collect
When a business uses the Request staff form we receive the name, company, email address and phone number given, and the details of the staff needed. When a subcontractor uses the Work with us form we receive your name, email address, mobile number, where you are based, the work you do, your experience and your availability.
Why we use it
To reply to staff requests, to consider subcontractors for placements, and to contact you about them.
Where it goes
The forms send your details to us by email. Our website provider, First Ideas Limited, keeps a copy of each form submission so a message is not lost if an email fails.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Its web server keeps standard access logs (the page requested, the time, your browser type and IP address). They are used for security and to count visits in total, not to identify you.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete them, by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
